  Classical Music Scholarships BIG ARTS is once again offering its Classical Music Scholarship for those students who have professional goals to pursue training in classical music instruments, including piano. This scholarship may be awarded to up to three students annually, in the amounts of $15,000 (first prize), $10,000 (second) and $5,000 (third). Eligibility requirements include students currently enrolled in an accredited Florida undergraduate music program at a University or College.   NEXT STOP BROADWAY is June 9-13 from 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, at FSCJ Nathan H. Wilson Center for the Performing Arts. This is a week-long musical theatre experience for ages 10-17, and consists of classes, workshops, and rehearsals focused on the "Golden Age of Broadway." Broadway professionals teach songs and choreography from classic Broadway productions, and replicate the process of putting on an authentic Broadway show. NEXT STOP BROADWAY is designed to teach the importance of building a strong ensemble. There are no lead roles, and each cast member has their chance to shine. Cast members will learn confidence, build skills and cultivate their passion while collaborating and fostering friendships with fellow cast members. The week culminates with an "Opening Night" performance for family and friends on Friday from 5pm-7pm.
